01 Biography
Ricky Sussams is the founder of VetStack Consulting, an independent UK veterinary technology consultancy. He started on the practice floor as a practice manager and then group manager, which is where most of his views about veterinary software were formed. He went on to lead practice management system rollouts across more than 800 sites at CVS, VetPartners and IVC Evidensia, and held customer success leadership roles at PetsApp and Lupa.
VetStack now works with vendors, corporates and investors on market entry, due diligence and adoption design, and is vendor-agnostic by construction: no equity in PMS vendors, no referral fees, no reselling. His interest is in why good software succeeds or fails once it meets a real team on a real day.
Ricky Sussams is the founder of VetStack Consulting, an independent UK veterinary technology consultancy. He spent close to two decades on the operator side at CVS, VetPartners, IVC Evidensia, PetsApp and Lupa, including PMS rollouts across more than 800 practices. VetStack takes no referral fees and resells nothing.
